Terms of Enrollment

1. Enrollment Commitment

By enrolling in a Mentee Academy course, you are securing a limited seat in a live, instructor-led cohort. Class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure quality and personalized support. Your enrollment is a commitment—not just to us, but to yourself.

 

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under limited conditions:

•Refund requests must be submitted at least 3 days before the course start date.
• No refunds will be issued once the course begins, regardless of attendance or participation.
• Refunds will not be provided for no-shows, partial attendance, or missed sessions.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

 

3. Transfers

A one-time transfer to a future cohort may be granted if requested before the course start date and is subject to availability. Requests made after the course begins will not be eligible.

 

4. Course Access & Participation

Access to live sessions, course materials, mock interviews, and support resources is granted only to enrolled students. Sharing access or materials with non-enrolled individuals is prohibited and may result in removal without refund.

 

5. Instructor Cancellation or Rescheduling

If Mentee Academy must cancel or reschedule a course or session, enrolled students will be notified promptly and provided with the new date as soon as it is available.
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled session during their cohort, they may request a makeup session. While rescheduling is not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate based on instructor availability.

 

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful and focused learning environment. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior—online or during live sessions—may result in removal from the course without refund.

 

7. Payment Plans (if applicable)

If you’re on a payment plan:
• You’ll always know the full course fee up front—no hidden costs.
• All scheduled payments must be made on time to avoid disruption in course access.
• If you’re experiencing payment challenges, contact us early—we’re happy to work with you whenever possible.
• Payment plan terms will be documented and agreed upon in writing before your course begins.

 

8. Course Completion Requirements

To receive a certificate of completion:
• You must attend at least 80% of live sessions.
• All required class assignments must be completed.
💡 Please note: Students who do not meet the course requirements will not be eligible for a Mentee Academy Certificate.

 

9. Content Ownership

All Mentee Academy content—including templates, frameworks, recordings, curriculum, and course materials—is the intellectual property of Mentee Academy.
It is intended for your personal educational use only and may not be reused, copied, shared, or sold without written permission.

 

10. Recordings & Participation

Some sessions may be recorded for training, internal review, or promotional purposes. By enrolling, you consent to being recorded during live sessions unless you request otherwise in writing. We do not share recordings without student awareness or consent.

 

11. Referral Discount Policy

Students who refer a new enrollee to any Mentee Academy course are eligible for a $100 referral discount. To qualify, the referral must be mentioned at the time of registration, and both the referring student and the new enrollee must be fully registered.
If the referring student is not enrolled in the same course, they will receive a $25 VISA gift card as a thank-you instead.

 

12. Waitlist Policy

Due to high demand and limited class sizes, students may be placed on a waitlist if a course reaches capacity.
• Waitlisted students will be notified if a spot becomes available.
• If no spots open, waitlisted students will have priority enrollment in the next available cohort.
• No payment is required to join the waitlist, but students will be expected to respond promptly when offered a seat.
